A tasting visit at Shafer is relaxed and conversational; it’s about enjoying wine and each others company. In that spirit we only sit down to taste wines with ten or fewer guests at a time. Please remember that the best way to secure a spot is to contact us four to six weeks in advance.

If we can accommodate this request we will, at that time, collect your credit card information to secure your reservation. The per-person tasting fee is $45.
